Welcome to this week's newsletter. The wet weather continues and we have even had snow on the ground in the last week, so we are not missing too much at the moment. Barney and the team have been hard at work this week on one of the projects we are completing at the club. Unfortunately, I still have to keep this one a secret at the moment but I am logging all the photos and creating a time lapse of the works to show you when it's all complete. Rest assured it will bring some much needed change to parts of the course and will be a fantastic addition to Littlestone for sure. Watch this space. Elsewhere we have been continuing with our virtual Zoom sessions with quizzes, coaching forums and the Karl Morris Seminar last night which was a great success and we all learned an awful lot from the session for sure. Be sure to take part in these events as they are free and keep you in the loop and continuing to interact with your fellow members in these unusual times. Enjoy the read this week and check out the video at the bottom, it's certainly worth a watch!

Rory McIlroy opened the new European Tour season in an all-too-familiar fashion last weekend. The Northern Irishman was part of a fascinating tug-of-war battle with Tyrrell Hatton at the Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship, only to be completely outplayed by Hatton during the final 18 holes.
Just about every player’s bag was brimming with new, exciting-looking equipment; both Hatton and McIlroy heading into battle with brand-new drivers and fairway woods from their respective brands. Did you catch a glimpse of any clubs that got your blood pumping? Keep your eyes peeled, because we’ve got plenty on the way too. And, if you can’t wait, feel free to ask us what’s new & coming soon by getting in touch below. |
