We have now been locked down for a whole week and the courses have felt a quiet stillness fall over them as we head in to week two of the countrywide lockdown. You will be pleased to know that the works we have had planned, have now been well and truly started. Malcolm and his team have been very busy indeed getting the course ready for your return and part of this week's newsletter will be a few videos of what they have been up to and why they are doing it. It is interesting stuff, I certainly learned a lot myself walking the course with them looking at the works progress. Well, it's Masters week and for all of you who had a go at the Masters Sweepstake, I will be in touch on Monday to tell you if you have won...If anyone wants to enter it's £5 and I can debit your club account if you want a go to win big. Enjoy the rest of the read.

It’s a Masters unlike any other, and yet the same unique excitement has been hanging in the air for weeks now. In fact, with everything going on in the world, this four-day reprieve feels more special than ever.
All bets are off. Or, at least, they should be. Nobody in this field has played a Masters in November, so who knows what could happen? But, if there’s one thing to get you excited for this week, it’s what happened last time out and Tiger's incredible 15th Major victory.
Will we see another remarkable storyline etched into golf's history? Could Rory finally complete his career Grand Slam? Or maybe Bryson's new-found game plan will conquer Augusta National? Whatever happens over the next few days, enjoy the viewing!
Dont forget to join the Sweepstake. Click below to join in. |
