Welcome to this week's newsletter. Well, what can I say about this week’s golf. In a word, STUNNING. The scores people are returning this past week have been quite simply amazing, so well done to you all who have taken part. More about that later on in our results section. The weather has of course been somewhat unpredictable with heavy showers and afternoons of raging sunshine. Just what the courses need in the growing season and by jove are they growing! Courses are looking superb and the surfaces are really picking up pace now as we move through July. There are not any scheduled major works in the next week or so, so nothing should be affecting your play. Please do be aware though if you are going out early, the greenkeepers ALWAYS have priority on the course. So, if they are cutting a green or raking the bunkers early doors, please let them get on with their jobs, otherwise they would get nothing done. Thanks in advance from the greenkeeping team. |

| Always one for a photo opportunity, I couldn't resist getting a quick snapshot of this bruised and ready to burst skyline. We do get some fantastic photo oportunities here. Enjoy the read. |

Tiger returns! Tiger Woods made his return to golf at The Memorial Tournament, playing at a Jack Nicklaus-designed course alongside Rory McIlroy and Brooks Koepka. That’s pretty cool! Muirfield Village, better known as Jack’s Place, proved to be a brutal beast. 3-over was enough to make the cut and even-par enough for a share of 10th, with even the world’s best notching double and triple bogeys. Jon Rahm became just the second Spaniard in history, behind Seve Ballesteros, to become World No.1 after a convincing victory in Ohio. Despite going +5 on Sunday’s back-nine, Rahm cruised to a three-stroke win. Rahm’s final score of -9 will not jump off the page of PGA Tour winners, but numbers could never tell the story of just how much Jack’s Place demanded.
